2013 has been an exciting and successful year here at Delaware Tech. In June, the College received notice that we had been awarded reaccreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education with commendations for the quality of our self-study process. That same month, after an extensive interview process and with unanimous Board approval, I was pleased to announce that Dr. Mark Brainard was selected to become the College’s executive vice president.
But as always, the greatest measure of our success this year is the success of our graduates. A survey of the College’s 2012 graduates revealed that 94% are either employed or continuing their education. Those who are employed were hired by nearly 500 different Delaware businesses and organizations around the state.
