SALISBURY – Angel Aguilar was recently named the Senior Director of Facilities, Construction and Property Management at TidalHealth. He joins the Salisbury, Md. based health system from Beebe Healthcare, where he had been the Director of Facilities and Plant Engineering the past eight years.
Aguilar, a Veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves, has a career that spans more than 30-years with supervisory and leadership positions in skilled trades, engineering, and facilities management. The past sixteen have been spent in healthcare, specifically supervising physical plant operations.
At TidalHealth, he oversees all major capital and minor construction plans and facility operations across the health system, including all ambulatory health campuses, provider offices and the two hospitals in Salisbury and Seaford, Del. He also provides leadership for the departments of facilities management, protection services, biomed, waste management, safety, property management and construction management at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional and TidalHealth Nanticoke.
