Wilmington Grand Prix Bus Routes Detour Notice for May 21st & 22nd Several bus stops will be closed for the Wilmington Grand Prix bike race which will cause the following DART bus routes to be on detour: Rts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 32, 33, 40, 54 & 55. NJ Transit to End Bus Route 423 Bus Service to Wilmington – NJ Transit advises that as a result of action by the NJ TRANSIT Board of Directors to help close their $300 million budget gap, service on Bus Route 423 will be discontinued after Friday, May 28, 2010.
