NEWARK, DE – First State Community Action Agency (First State) has named Delmarva Power its 2017 Community Partner Award recipient. Delmarva Power was recognized for its efforts to support First State’s mission to fight poverty across Delaware.
Delmarva Power works closely with First State to address the needs of residents across the state, helping to identify grants and other resources that can help keep the lights on and gas flowing for low-income customers.
The company also provides education and other resources to help low-income customers better manage their energy use to make their energy service more affordable and bills more manageable.
