Dover – The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) facilities statewide will have special hours of operation for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. All DMV facilities will be open for business at 8 a.m. and will close at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 31. This is different from the normal Wednesday operations schedule of noon to 8 p.m.
All DMV offices will be closed on the following days: Thursday, December 25, Friday, December 26, and Thursday, January 1.
