Opportunities for the individual to unite with other believers of their like faith to pray, worship, and praise their God offers a corporate blessing and a reward. Bishop Bernard N. Bragg and the Beth-El Churches of Christ, Inc. are proud to announce their 20th Annual Holy Convocation, convening Wednesday, October 21 through Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the luxurious Sheraton Dover Hotel located at 1570 North Dupont Highway, Dover.
This year’s convocation boasts national and local attention of early registrants from near and far. Individuals are coming ready to hear daily inspirational, empowering and uplifting messages from world renowned prolific speakers and preachers such as Dr. Carolyn A. Showell, Apostle Thomas W. Weeks, Sr., Bishop Kenneth H. Moales, Rabbi Rubin, Apostle Joan B. Sanders and many more!!! This year, the organization will consecrate three of its sons, Kevin Daniels, Ed.D, Danny Evans, and Stephen H. Smith, II to the sacred office of bishop.
Our theme for this year “Kingdom Enlargement: The Church Visible” will allow our organization, as well as conference attendees, to be apart of Dover’s current expansion. We are so excited to have our meeting in such a city that is not only on the rise, but a city that can be identified as the Capital of the First State.
