Capitol Police arrested Marietta F. Stokes, age 48 of Dover, DE, for two counts of harassment and one count of stalking. Stokes was arrested for allegedly sending multiple handwritten letters and leaving multiple phone messages on voice mail at the Department of Technology and Information. Included in the letters and voice mails were repeated vulgar and profane language directed at an employee. Stokes was arrested at her residence and arraigned at Justice of the Peace 7 on August 13. She was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility on $2000.00 secured bond.
