Julio and Allison Castellanos are pleased to announce the birth of their second child, Octavio Cesar Castellanos.
He was born on May 18, 2010 at Milford Memorial Hospital and weighed 9 pounds 2 ounces and measured 21 inches long. Julio and Allison are so thankful that Octavio is a healthy baby boy.
Proud great grandparents are Lillian Burris of Milford and Joyce Hart of Dover.
Proud grandparents are Howard and Debbie Burris of Milford, Janice Burris of Milford, and Juan and Irene Castellanos of Ellendale.
