August 23, 2009 Wilmington, DE: Disaster Action Team volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula were on the scene last night at an apartment complex on West Center Street in Harrington, DE. Residents were being evacuated due to flooding. The Red Cross volunteers met the immediate emergency needs of the residents, providing temporary shelter and food to six adults.
