With a vision of being the “go-to consulting firm for the nonprofit community” we’re excited about the breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise Guillermina represents as we strengthen our commitment to helping nonprofit organizations maximize their effectiveness in pursuit of their respective goals.
Guillermina began working for multinational organizations in marketing and sales before turning to the nonprofit sector, most recently as the Executive Director of Voices Without Borders. Her areas of experience and expertise include strategic planning, leadership development and marketing. Similar to other Bloom Metz team members, Guillermina is actively involved in the community including the boards of the Delaware State Arts Council, Delaware College of Art and Design, the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League, and The Latin American Community Center.
