Wilmington – Jessica Carmona, from First State Community Loan Fund, received the CityLife Award 2008 from the City of Wilmington on November 20.
This award is presented to an individual or business that displays promise for the future. The nominee exhibits a passion for the city and has leadership potential that ensures he or she will be a champion of Wilmington for years to come.
