Growing Up Great Together Under One Big Sky mobile planetarium tour presented by PNC and featuring One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure.
One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure was created by Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit educational organization behind Sesame Street. This cross-cultural planetarium show is geared toward children ages 4-6 and provides an enriching, exciting and interactive introduction to astronomy. Follow Big Bird, Elmo and Hu Hu Zhu, a Muppet from Zhima Jie, the Chinese co-production of Sesame Street™, as they take an imaginary trip from Sesame Street to the moon, where they discover how different it is from Earth. Teacher materials are available upon request. The Growing Up Great Together Under One Big Sky mobile planetarium travels to childcare centers in an inflatable dome and will be making its first stop open to the general public at the Delaware Museum of Natural History (4840 Kennett Pike, Wilmington, DE 19807)
