Nanticoke Health Services is pleased to announce that Kelly Caraballo, RN, has been named Nurse of the Month for March 2018.

Kelly began her career at Nanticoke Health Services in June 2016 as a Graduate Nurse in the Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU). She spends many shifts working nights, but has recently been rotating to work dayshift as well. She is a team player whenever she works and is often seen helping others. She also serves as a preceptor and resource for new staff.

Kelly recently stepped into the role of relief charge nurse, along with a leadership role in MSU’s Staff Satisfaction Committee. She provides several ideas for staff activities outside of work, and wants to build positive relationships within the team. Kelly is a welcome addition to the MSU team and we hope she stays and shares her knowledge with new staff for years to come!

Kelly lives in Milford with her husband of 15 years, Juan, and their three daughters, Olivia, Isabella, and Elysia. Her daughters participate in dance and she loves to watch them perform. She also enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.

Nanticoke appreciates all of Kelly’s hard work and dedication. Please join us in congratulating her as Nurse of the Month for March 2018!
