Wilmington, Delaware – The Latin American Community Center (LACC) hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Playground Dedication Ceremony on Friday, April 21st 2023 to celebrate the completion of the agency’s new Infant and Toddler Center. The Infant and Toddler Center is a 2.5-story, 15,000-square-foot center located at 402 North Van Buren Street in Wilmington. The building consists of 12 classrooms, creating 108 childcare slots as well as 30 new permanent jobs. The Infant and Toddler Center is also home to a first-of-its kind rooftop playground.
