The following amendment to the Constitution of the State of Delaware was passed for the first time by the 147th General Assembly. To become part of the Constitution of the State of Delaware, such amendments must be passed a second time by the next General Assembly. The general election for the 148th General Assembly is scheduled for November 4, 2014. This amendment is being published three (3) months prior to the election in accordance with Article XVI, Section I of the Constitution of the State of Delaware.
