REHOBOTH BEACH – Lewes jewelry artist Sue Bartley will show and sell her sterling silver jewelry line at Heidi Lowe Gallery. The pieces are inspired by nature and Bartley will be on hand to discuss her work. The trunk show was from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6.
“As a board member of the art group Delaware By Hand, I wanted to feature a local artist in September. Delaware’s artisans are prominent throughout the state and contribute to the strength of our communities,” gallery owner Lowe said. “Sue’s pieces are wearable and the perfect accessories for parties or going out to dinner while at the beach.”
Heidi Lowe Gallery is the little yellow cottage at 328 Rehoboth Ave. in Rehoboth Beach. Its namesake opened the gallery in 2005 to the pleasure of every bare neck, wrist, finger, and earlobe at the Delaware shore. The gallery specializes in art jewelry, which is jewelry handmade by a studio artist. Rehoboth Beach native Lowe also creates her own innovative jewelry line and teaches private lessons on premises.
