Dover – The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) alerts motorists of the closure to the left lane on Route 13 northbound between Leipsic Road and College Road in Dover. The lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, October 14, for safety improvements in the median. Due to the size of the equipment the left lane must be closed.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and lane shifts.
