December 19, 2009, Seaford, DE – Delaware’s first major snow storm hits Delaware with about a foot of snow. The storm started late Friday night and went into Sunday morning. With roads covered with snow, DelDot is doing their best to keep the roads clear as they work round the clock.
The biggest shopping weekend before Christmas, stores seen a drop in sales due to the storm.
