The Miss Hispanic of Delaware Committee is now accepting applications. This pageant promotes social, cultural, and educational growth. It gives the contestants the opportunity to explore their potential, to display their talents as well as to uphold their heritage.
– Participants’ requirements:
– Current student
– Lived in Delaware for the past 6 months
– 25% Latino/Hispanic Descendant
– Ages 16-19 by August 15th 2009
