FastTrac NewVenture : is a 10 week session that helps entrepreneurs to assess their ideas and their own personal abilities as an entrepreneur. These sessions will help you to determine if you should start a business or the success of your business idea.
The class topics include:
1) Exploring Growth Opportunities – Conduct market research, assess industry potential, develop your customer profile, analyze your competition
2) Seizing the Market – Plan ahead how you will reach your customers. Identify market size and the potential to attract sufficient customers to be profitable.
3) Charting Financial Performance – Determine how much money is needed to start. Project your revenue, profits, and cash flow to analyze the success of your business idea.
