MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/H. A
NORTH-NORTHEASTWARD MOTION AT A SLIGHTLY FASTER FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE
