New activities in the Georgetown Public Library

14 @ 2 pm. The Delaware Aerospace Education Foundation will be here presenting “Things That Move” a science and technology program. This program is open to all interested people. For more information please contact Miss Sherri at 856 7958.

On Tuesday, September 13th @ 10:30 am the Story Time Program will be hosting a puppet show “Peter Rabbit’s Adventures in Farmer McGregor’s Garden”. Come out and enjoy the show and find out what Peter does in the garden and to Farmer McGregor.

On Thursday September 15 the Job Center @Delaware Libraries in the Georgetown Public Library will be hosting Investing 101 from the Delaware Money School. This class will be taught by Norman Scherer of Woodbury Financial. He will be discussing the basics of investing including types of investments, how to begin building a portfolio, how to control taxes, and how to manage risk. This class is designed for people who are interested in getting a start in investing and learning to build their own portfolios. This class is limited to 15 participants to register for this class go to www.delawaremoneyschool.com.
