Wednesday, September 2 at 1:30 p.m in Candem, Caesar Rodney High School library, 219 Old North Rd., State officials will discuss their plans for preventing and preparing for the upcoming flu season (including the H1N1 strain). It will assist Gov. Jack Markell, Secretary Lillian Lowery, Ed.D, Delaware Department of Education, Secretary Rita Landgraf, Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and Dr. Karyl Rattay, director of Delaware’s Division of Public Health.
