“Hi community, neigbors, friends & families. This Saturday morning and next Sat morning at 4am we are heading out (the church) to N.Y.
It’s worse than they can imagine, my family lives there and it is total. 100 homes burned to the ground, no more town, and many are homeless. No electric, no gas, not much of anything, and it is cold. I am asking for your support in donations to help the people in Rockaway Beach Queen, NY. There is a big need of everything you can think of.
I am going to bring all the clothes, coats, and anything else I have in the thrift store we have to help, there is about 10 of us going so far. We are going to spend the day there and be back in time for church Sunday, please let me know if you can help us help them. God bless you and your staff & family.”
