Can fear be overcome without TRUTH? “A wise one will hear and increase learning and one of understanding will attain wise counsel.” But how can we become wise if we are ‘…hidden in the dust together and our face bind in hidden darkness’? To overcome this disadvantage, we must hear His voice. That is how we know that with a loud voice, after four days, God also calls us to come out of the tomb -the dust.
Jesus said, “for I say TO YOU that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see and to hear what you hear.” If you have been called to awake, don’t allow anyone to lull you back to sleep. This is important and necessary because now “the bed is too short to stretch out on and the cover too narrow that one cannot wrap himself in it.”
This means that our soul is expanding. There is no more delay. Forward is our movement. There are no excuses. The Holy Spirit helps us to press onward even when fear tries to get in the way.
For fear of not advancing in his position, Judas betrayed His Master. For fear of losing their power, the pharisees manipulated the crowd so they would reject Jesus. For fear of the mob, Pontius Pilate sentenced Jesus to be crucified. For fear of suffering the same fate, the disciples abandoned the KING.
In our times, for fear of losing what people THINK belongs to them, they malign the name of CHRIST. Thus, they continue to eat of the tree of the (relative) knowledge of good and evil. Nevertheless, the foundation of God stands sure having this seal. The LORD knows them that are HIS…”
In the movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the main character falls into a pit of snakes. He is terrified of them. Yet a snake represents an aspect of self that SEPARATED from God. So, we hear and understand, “…on your belly you should go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.” We know that snakes do not eat dust. But figuratively speaking, we do because we produce more of the same conditions by allowing the separation to remain. Attached to the false identity, darkness reigns.
Therefore, the snake on our tree seeks to control us with fear. It knows that under its influence we will not seek the path to the Tree of Life, which is Christ. When we don’t recognize this TRUTH, we stay in the trivial unable to reach what is crucial to stay awake. If we seek the LORD and allow Him to cast away fear, this scripture is fulfilled in us, “I sought the LORD and He heard me and delivered me from ALL MY FEARS.”
Let us endure in the TRUTH, stay AWAKE, CONFRONT the snake, and SEEK the Kingdom of God. These are contemplations for overcoming fear.

Para superar el miedo

¿Se puede vencer el miedo sin la VERDAD? “Un sabio escuchará y aumentará el aprendizaje, y uno de entendimiento alcanzará el consejo sabio.” Pero ¿cómo podemos ser sabios si estamos “…escondidos juntos en el polvo y nuestro rostro se ata a la oscuridad’? Para superar esta desventaja, tenemos que escuchar Su voz. Así sabemos que, con una voz fuerte, después de cuatro días, también Dios nos llama a salir de la tumba, el polvo.
Jesús dijo: “Porque os digo que muchos profetas y reyes han deseado ver lo que veis y oír lo que oís”. Si te ha llamado a despertar, no permitas que nadie te arrulle para que vuelvas a dormir. Esto es importante y necesario porque ya “la cama es demasiado corta para estirarse y la cubierta muy estrecha para envolverse en ella”.
Esto significa que nuestra alma está expandiendo. No hay más retrasos. Hacia adelante nos movemos. No hay más excusas. El Espíritu Santo nos ayuda a avanzar, incluso cuando el miedo trata de interponerse en nuestro camino.
Por miedo de no avanzar en su posición, Judas traicionó al Maestro. Por miedo a perder su poder, los fariseos manipularon a la multitud para que rechazaran a Jesús. Por miedo a la muchedumbre, Poncio Pilato sentenció a Jesús a ser crucificado. Por miedo a sufrir la misma fatalidad, los discípulos abandonaron al REY.
En nuestros tiempos, por temor a perder lo que la gente PIENSA que les pertenece, difaman El nombre de CRISTO. Así continúan comiendo del fruto del árbol del conocimiento (relativo) del bien y el mal. Sin embargo, el fundamento de Dios está seguro de tener este sello. Jehová conoce a los que son suyos…”
En la película En busca del arca perdida, el personaje principal cae en un pozo lleno de serpientes. Se siente aterrorizado. Pero la serpiente representa un aspecto de la vida que se separó de Dios. Por tanto, escuchamos y entendemos, “… Sobre tu vientre andarás, y comerás polvo todos los días de tu vida. ” Sabemos que las serpientes no comen polvo. ¡Pero en sentido figurado, nosotros lo hacemos porque producimos más de las mismas condiciones al permitir que la separación permanezca! Siempre reina la oscuridad cuando nos apegamos a la falsa identidad.
Por lo tanto, la serpiente que trepa nuestro árbol busca controlarnos con miedo. Sabe que bajo su influencia no vemos el camino hacia el Árbol de la Vida, que es Cristo. Cuando NO reconocemos esta VERDAD, nos quedamos en lo trivial incapaces de alcanzar lo que es crucial para mantenernos despiertos. Pero si buscamos al Señor y le permitimos desechar el temor, esta escritura se cumple en nosotros: “Busqué al SEÑOR, y Él me oyó y me libró de TODOS MIS TEMORES”.
Permanezcamos en la VERDAD, sigamos DESPIERTOS, CONFRONTEMOS a la serpiente y BUSQUEMOS del Reino de Dios. Estas son contemplaciones para superar el miedo.
