Primeros Pasos receives donation from County Bank

First Steps Primeros Pasos provides safe, affordable early care and education in a culturally diverse environment. Since 1996 the organization’s programs have helped prepare children to better succeed when they reach school years. County Bank donated $2,500.00 to the organization’s Learning Center Building Project Capital Campaign.

The Primeros Pasos Board is in the process of constructing a new 5,500 square-foot facility in Georgetown on 1.39 acres purchased with a grant. The facility will house a family-oriented, holistic program that provides educational, emotional, nutritional, health and social services to give youngsters the best possible start. The new facility will be located at 20648 Savannah Road in Georgetown which is across the street from the Perdue plant.
