Georgetown.- July, 8. 37-year-old Hector Negron of Coatesville, PA was arrested for an incident that occurred during a traffic stop. Negron was stopped for a traffic violation and police located marijuana and fireworks in his vehicle. Negron was charged with possession and consumption of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fireworks and driving on a suspended registration; he was released pending a future court date.
