September 8, 2009 Wilmington, DE- Volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula met with a Smyrna, DE resident after an explosion damaged the resident’s home on Skyline Locust Drive yesterday. The Red Cross provided temporary shelter and groceries.
