Laurel – The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that East Trap Pond Road & Whaley’s Road between Samuel Hill Road and Route 24/Laurel Road in Laurel will be closed for the removal and replacement of crossroad pipes. The closure is effective Monday, December 1 and will reopen at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 11, pending weather.
Detour routes have been posted.
Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have access.
