    SEAFORD, DE – Multiple rescue agencies from across Sussex County successfully freed a 38-year-old construction worker from a collapsed trench Friday morning after delicately working nearly two hours in muddy, cold soil to stabilize the scene and pull the man to safety. Emergency crews were dispatched to the 400 block of Plantation Drive in the Governor’s Grant subdivision in Seaford at approximately 10:45 a.m. Friday for a reported trench rescue.     On January 26th, Women Build's Zumbathon took place at the YMCA in Rehoboth! Over 40 women (and a few men) came to dance the afternoon away! Thank you to Kelly Serpico, Pauda Husbands, Henri Stack, Tanja Payton, Andrea Fonseca, Emma Rodriguez, Karen Campbell, Paul Trichel for instructing the group and to the YMCA in Rehoboth for hosting our event!     Wilmington, DE – Governor Jack Markell announced that he has lifted the State of Emergency Level One Driving Warning effective at 10:00 a.m. this morning. Road conditions have improved since this morning, but some roads still have snow and ice on them. Drivers should exercise caution, particularly on back roads or areas that become icy.
