    Wilmington, DE – Governor Jack Markell announced that he has lifted the State of Emergency Level One Driving Warning effective at 10:00 a.m. this morning. Road conditions have improved since this morning, but some roads still have snow and ice on them. Drivers should exercise caution, particularly on back roads or areas that become icy.
