To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, students decided on their specific topics, conducted research and interviewed people from the community.     The Sussex County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) will be offering a Technician Amateur Radio class on Saturday December 14 and Sunday December 15 at Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown, Delaware.
