OCEAN CITY, Md.- Monday afternoon thunderstorms have left many streets in Ocean City flooded. Authorities say streets south of St. Louis Avenue are largely impassible. Motorists are advised not to drive in Ocean City over the course of the next three hours, to allow the floodwaters to dissipate. Motorists who do decide to drive in Ocean City are urged to exercise extreme caution.
