Years ago the Lord asked me: ‘Who do you say that I AM?’ This is an important question that helps us understand: first, who we are; and, then who else is sharing our inward dwelling. There is a self that God created: the ‘I AM’, which is part of God. There is also a self that is created by us: The EGO, born of a sense of separation from God.
‘I AM’ is the ‘new creature’ in us. It is described as new only because we have lost our spiritual memory and must become re-acquainted with it. The ‘new creature’ is in a constant state of expansion. This true self is able to cooperate and do all things by the power of Christ because it is the Christ in us. Yet, many identify themselves exclusively with the false self -ego- inadvertently denying the existence and role of the ‘new creature’ in us. Therefore, ‘who we think we are’ is of man’s own-ego self and who we truly are, is of God’s own’ true self. The ‘True Self’ is revealed when we receive wisdom from heaven and integrate it fully allowing us to realize ‘I AM THAT I AM’, which is to say I AM much more than I can see and I trust that I WILL BE fully manifest.
Do you identify yourself with God, trusting you have an extraordinary potential as a son/daughter; or, do you identify yourself as a human, who is weak and unable to grow beyond mortality? Until you choose you may find yourself fighting against God and blaming Him for everything wrong in your life. There is something called ‘free will,’ which some have forgotten. Our choices sometimes return to us as evil. God does not send us evil but keeps us in freedom to continually choose our actions and, most importantly, whose lead we follow. Apart from that freedom none could be regenerated.
Regeneration begins when we stop identifying ourselves with the false self and align with the ‘true self’. If you find yourself facing your inabilities and asking God ‘why is this happening to me?’ I encourage you to ask the following: ‘what decision brought about this outcome?’ Or better yet, ask, ‘what is it that I am supposed to learn from this lesson?’
There is a reason for everything, and the Lord does reveal it if we really want to know and are ready to face whatever is necessary to grow in His grace. This is our part, the cooperation that God requires. In this state we need to be courageous because the examination is not easy. He does not force us rather we ask of Him: “Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.” Psalm 26:2
Believe it. The Lord is our strength. Know it without any doubt. We cannot fail in Him. Otherwise we might faint or have no motivation to even try to choose life. Remember always, with God ALL things are possible!

Años atrás me preguntó: ¿quién dices que SOY YO? Es una pregunta importante que nos ayuda a ver: primero, quéenes somos; y segundo quién más comparte nuestro ser interior. Existe el YO creado por Dios llamado YO SOY y que es parte de Dios. Existe también un YO creado por nosotros mismos llamado EL EGO, que nace del sentido de separación de Dios.
‘YO SOY’ es ‘la nueva criatura’ en nosotros. Se describe así solo porque hemos perdido nuestra memoria espiritual y es preciso que nos re-familiaricemos. La ‘nueva criatura’ estaá en un estado constante de crecimiento y fluidez. Es este ‘YO’ que puede cooperar y hacer todas las cosas por el poder de Cristo porque es Cristo mismo en nosotros. No obstante, muchos se han identificado exclusivamente con el YO falso -el ego- y niegan equivocadamente la existencia y el rol de la ‘nueva criatura’ en nosotros. De manera que ‘quien creemos que somos’ es del ego del hombre y ‘quienes somos verdaderamente’ es del verdadero ser de Dios. Este YO verdadero se forma y se revela a medida que recibimos sabiduría del cielo y la integremos completamente permitiendo que nos demos cuenta que YO SOY EL QUE SOY, que es lo mismo que decir YO SOY mucho más que lo que puedo ver y confiaré en que YO SERE manifestado plenamente.
¿Te identificas con Dios, confiando que tienes un potential extraordinario como su hija/hijo; o, te identificas como humano, débil e incapaz de crecer más allá de la mortalidad? Hasta que escojas, es muy posible que te encuentres peleando contra Dios y culpándolo por todo lo malo que ocurre en tu vida. Existe algo llamado ‘libre albedrío’ de losque muchos se han olvidado. Nuestras preferencias a veces regresan a nosotros como algo malo. Dios no nos envía maldad más bien nos mantiene libres para escoger continuamente nuestras acciones y maá importante auú quien nos guía. Sin esa libertad nadie podria ser regenerado. La regeneración comienza cuando dejamos de identificarnos con el ‘YO’ falso y nos alineamos con el ‘YO’ verdadero. Si te encuentras dando cara a tus inhabilidades y preguntándole a Dios ‘¿por qué me está pasando esto?’ Te animo a que preguntes lo siguiente: ‘¿qué decisión resultó en esta situación?’ O mejor aún, ‘¿qué es lo que tengo que aprender en esta lección?’
Existe una razón para todo y el Señor la revelará si es que verderamente queremos saberlo y si es que estamos dispuestos a afrontar lo que sea para crecer en su gracia. Esta es nuestra parte, la cooperación que Dios requiere. Tendremos que ser valientes pues no es fácil la examinación. El no nos obliga más bien le pedimos: “Escudríñame, ¡Oh Jehová!, y pruébame; examina mis íntimos pensamientos y mi corazón.” Salmo 26:2
Créalo, el Señor es nuestra fuerza. Sépalo sin dudas. No fallaremos en El. De otra manera, desmayaremos y no tendremos motivación para ni siquiera tratar de escoger la vida. Recordemos siempre que con Dios TODO es possible.
