Filadelfia, PA – Abril 14, 2026 – El XII Festival Internacional de Poesía en Filadelfia, parte del XX Festival International de Poesía Palabra en el Mundo, reunirá el próximo miércoles 29 de abril a destacados poetas de América Latina y Estados Unidos en una velada única de literatura, conexión y música. Este encuentro anual, titulado «Una voz por la paz, la concordia y la armonía», celebra el poder transformador de la poesía como puente para la paz, el florecimiento de voces auténticas y la conexión entre comunidades.
Un Festival Único en la región
Filadelfia, conocida como la Ciudad del Amor y la Fraternidad, alberga este festival de poesía que resalta el aporte cultural de la comunidad latina, a la vez que enriquece y celebra la diversidad cultural que distingue a esta ciudad.
Un Encuentro Intercultural e Intergeneracional.
Año tras año, el Festival ha logrado atraer a un público diverso que comparte su pasión por la escritura, la inspiración y el arte. Este año, los asistentes disfrutarán de lecturas de 10 poetas que relatarán sus historias y sentires, alternando con música en vivo por Grupo Sonqo y culminando con la esperada sesión de micrófono abierto para nuevos talentos.

El Festival no sólo ofrecerá una noche de poesía, sino también un espacio acogedor que invita a la comunidad a participar y a conectarse con los artistas en una experiencia armoniosa donde además se podrá disfrutar de deliciosa comida latina. “Encontrar Nuestra Voz Taller de Creación Poética”
Previamente al Festival realizamos el Taller de Poesía (Abril 1, 2026) que llegó a su sexta versión anual. Sus organizadores desean impulsar la creatividad y la exploración de la expresión poética, para servir de semillero a nuevos talentos que encuentren su voz y conecten con un movimiento literario global. Este atractivo taller es virtual y gratuito.

Philadelphia, PA – April 14, 2026 – The XII International Poetry Festival in Philadelphia, part of the XX Palabra en el Mundo International Poetry Festival, will bring together prominent poets from Latin America and the United States on April 29 for a unique evening of literature, connection, and music. This annual gathering, titled “A Voice for Peace, Concord and Harmony” celebrates the transformative power of poetry as a bridge for peace, the blooming of authentic voices, and meaningful community connections.

Known as the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia hosts this poetry event that not only highlights the cultural contributions of the Latino community but also embraces and celebrates the multicultural richness that defines the city.
An Intercultural and Intergenerational Gathering.
Year after year, the Festival attracts a diverse audience united by a passion for writing, inspiration, and the arts. This year, attendees will enjoy readings from 10 poets sharing their stories and emotions, accompanied by live music from Grupo Sonqo, and culminating in an anticipated open mic session for emerging voices.
