Dear supporters,
Listen, when you are the leading candidate in the race, when you have the endorsements our campaign has earned… and you’re an accomplished woman in politics, I know that comes with a target on my back.

I entered public service to make a difference for families across our state, and that mission guides me every single day. I care about the issues that keep Delawareans up at night: Do we have enough money for rent? Can we afford childcare for our growing family? Do I have enough money to retire comfortably?

I’m running for Governor with a bold and innovative plan for all Delawareans. That means making sure every child has access to excellent public education no matter what their zip code is, growing our economy for big and small businesses, creating a more accessible and affordable healthcare system, and improving the quality of life for everyone.

I will continue to be squarely focused on making Delaware the best place to live, work, and raise a family. I will not give in to Matt Meyer’s desperate political attacks because the stakes of this election are just too important.

I’m proud to be growing our campaign’s support with endorsements by our Governor John Carney, members of the State House and State Senate, the AFL-CIO, DSEA, EMILY’s List, and the State Democratic Party of Delaware.

As we continue this campaign together, we’re going to stay focused on our shared goals and the positive change we can achieve. Thank you for standing with me and for believing in a future where every Delawarean has the opportunity to thrive.

Together, we will make a difference and win,
Lt. Governor Bethany Hall-Long
